Description: 

The Town is inviting qualified proponents to submit proposals for the comprehensive review of our existing Business Improvement Area (BIA) and development of an actionable revitalization plan. The successful proposal will also include facilitation services for public outreach and stakeholder engagement as well as a framework for sustainable governance.
