The Town of Gravenhurst (Town) is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) to establish a shortlist of a maximum of 8 mechanical contractors who will be invited to submit bids for the Building Automation System (BAS) upgrade at the Municipal office, located at 5 Pineridge Gate, Gravenhurst, Ontario. Construction is anticipated to begin by July 2026. This pre-qualification is solely for mechanical contractors.
